    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

      • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.

      • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

      • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

      • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

      • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.

    • Profile:

      • Education: MBO+/HBO level in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.

      • Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting, administration, or customer support.

      • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent command of Dutch & English (both written and spoken), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Support & Communication

      • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

      • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns effectively.

      • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    2. Financial & Administrative Support

      • Assist with data entry and management in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

      • Prepare invoices, track payments, and reconcile bank transactions.

      • Support the preparation of tax filings, compliance reports, and financial documentation.

    3. Documentation & Reporting

      • Draft and review emails, reports, and contracts in Dutch and English.

      • Assist in the preparation of financial and compliance-related documents.

      • Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping for all client interactions and financial activities.

    Profile:

    • Education: MBO+/HBO level in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in client support, administration, or a financial role.

    • Skills:

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

      • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

      • Excellent command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
